A duly licensed and accredited mental health facility that offers substance abuse and mental health facilities that provides continuum of care, from Detox to Outpatient services.
We are seeking an Administrative Clerk, proficient in Quickbooks and Excel, to join our team! You will assist CEO, CFO and Accounting Department perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO and Finance Manager
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Perform all other office tasks
- Handle communication and correspondence with internal teams and external vendors with professionalism
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documents
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information in Quickbooks and company systems
- Reconcile accounts in Quickbooks
- Running errands
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- STRONG attention to detail
- STRONG organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Office, & Quickbooks Enterprise.
- Proficient typing skills
- Capable of taking initiative and driving tasks to completion
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial and patient information
The Ideal Candidate will have or will be:
- Exceptional computer proficiency including Quickbooks & Excel
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- ROBUST critical thinking abilities & problem solving skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, capable of independent work
- Self-starter with the ability to identify needs and address them efficiently
- Proactive and able to take initiative in completing tasks without constant supervision.
- Aptitude for comprehending numerical concepts and a passion for Mathematics during academic years
