Beachy Arehart PLLC is an established public accounting firm seeking an administrative assistant to join our team in Franklin, West Virginia. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work 20-35 hours/week, depending upon the time of year. The hours of this position can be flexible based upon the needs of the applicant.
As the first point of contact to the public, we are seeking a warm and friendly personality that seeks to serve our clientele. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that doesn't require micromanaging, will have strong phone and interpersonal skills, will be a fluent typist, know their way around Microsoft Office and have experience using computers. Organization and multi-tasking skills are essential.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: handling phones, scheduling appointments, managing reception, entering source data of raw tax return information, processing tax returns, delivering tax returns, preparing mailings and supporting the accounting staff as needed.
Must have the ability to discretely handle confidential client information.
Background and credit check required.
Benefits offered dependent upon schedule and hours. Pay commensurate with experience.
