The Maples is seeking committed and skilled Behavioral Health Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistants, or Medical Assistants to offer support in Fort Worth, Texas. The available positions may include Day, Night, or PRN shifts, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, organized by Beacon Behavioral Partners. The Maples functions as a residential treatment facility that caters to various medical and mental health concerns for adolescent girls dealing with issues such as trauma, eating disorder, and substance abuse.

Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Support patients with basic life skills development (e.g., cooking, cleaning, and organization).
- Monitor patients' behaviors, moods, and physical conditions, documenting observations accurately.
- Report significant behavioral changes, incidents, or concerns to clinical staff and management.
- Encourage patients to engage in therapeutic activities, including relaxation techniques, social interactions, and coping strategies.
- Respond to emergencies or crisis situations, such as aggressive outbursts, self-harm, or mental health crises.
- Use de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts and prevent harm to patients or others.
- Enforce rules and guidelines regarding safety, behavior, and boundaries within the facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a Certified Medical Assistant in the state of Texas preferred.
- Passing the Texas competency exam and obtaining a certification or license preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health or behavioral disorders in a clinical or residential setting is highly preferred.
