Your Role :
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the weekend shift, you will be an essential part of our community, providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health metrics, and support emotional well-being, all while collaborating with our dedicated healthcare team to ensure top-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Collaborate with nursing staff to establish and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
