What You'll Do :
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your role will be essential in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. You will assist them with daily activities, monitor their health, provide emotional support, and work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure top-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs to track resident health.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure resident safety.
- Collaborate with the nursing team in developing and implementing care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
