Responsibilities
As a Senior Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance to nursing policies, procedures, and regulations
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid state RN nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
