What you will do : :
- Drive DOT / Pavement sales in Florida.
- Partner with DOT / Pavement manufacturers to maintain and acquire necessary product approval in all DOT regions.
- Cultivate the local contractor, DOT, and engineering firms' product awareness through joint product training seminars with pavement-focused manufacturers.
- Works to develop strategic working relationships with sales team to track DOT lettings and project follow-up.
- Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Maintain effective communication with Branch Leadership to achieve common goals and drive results
- Continuously build market intelligence through local industry associations, events, and vendor relationships
- Leverage business technology and sales data to make informed business decisions
- Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures
