- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and boost productivity
- Ensure product quality by monitoring throughout the manufacturing process to meet company standards
- Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
- Operate computerized machines to produce gutter accessories
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks including pulling checking staging orders and handling incoming shipments
- Maintain accurate documentation of individual and team production
- Perform visual quality inspections on products
- Obtain or maintain forklift certification
- Ensure products meet or exceed established specifications
- Familiarize with packing and quality check measurements on the packing line
- Report stock and inventory needs to the Plant Manager as necessary
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Knowledge of all products' production and machine operation processes
- Must be certified in forklift operation or willing to obtain certification.
- Strong customer service skills with a team-oriented approach
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience with indoor manufacturing equipment
- Ability to use power tools and other equipment as needed
