- Effectively balance and plan for both long term and short-term objectives
- Manage the credit process per Company Policies and Procedures
- Oversee the AR portfolio through direct interactions with customers and internal teams
- Negotiate with key accounts in the portfolio
- Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for the regional management team
- Travel extensively to support the region
- bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in credit and collections management (team and technical)
- outgoing and dynamic personality focused on exemplary customer service
- Previous experience in building materials distribution or construction industry, multi-location environment experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus
- Independent thinker capable of working collaboratively to provide business solutions
- Work assignments may be completed through a hybrid schedule within available company offices/branches in your respective markets. Candidate should be located in Ohio or Michigan.
