Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Resident Director located in Leesburg, FL. The Resident Director will be responsible for overseeing residential life programs, managing student housing, providing support for students with learning differences, and fostering a supportive community environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential life programs and managing student housing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide support for students with learning differences
- Knowledge of assistive technology and resources for students with learning disabilities
- Experience in a higher education setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
