On-Site Community Association Manager

Beacon Community Management is seeking ONE dedicated and professional On-Site Community Association Managers. They must be licensed with the State of Florida (LCAM). Applicants without an LCAM will not be considered.

Managers are responsible for overseeing the full operations of a community. Successful candidates must have at least 2 years relevant work experience and excellent organizational, multitasking, and communications skills.

• On-site managers are requested to work from their assigned community and report to the office for team meetings and trainings. On-site experience is required.
• Experience with VMS Software is a plus.
• Experience with transitions is a plus.
• Fluent in English & Spanish is mandatory. (Portuguese is a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level. Creating newsletter, community emails.
• Organizing social events, gate processing, keeping track of tenants.
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
