Deployment / Field Engineer to play a crucial role in overseeing robotic deployment projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications. This position requires strong project management/leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Utilize internal software tools for efficient project management and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, including project status updates and documentation of any changes or delays.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment..
- Coordinate with subcontractors, assemblers and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in project scheduling and management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Able to travel extensively nationally. All business travel expenses covered.
