About the role:
What we are looking for in a Marketing Coordinator is someone who has experience in several verticals of digital marketing, or who is a fast learner and possesses a desire to gain valuable experience in all areas of marketing. From lead generation to design, this role allows you to explore and hone your skills in the specialization that fits you best. This individual will be reporting directly to the head of marketing and will have immediate access to the training and development necessary to succeed.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working within a drag and drop Marketing Automation Tool (e.g. Act-On) to create and distribute inbound and outbound marketing assets – primarily emails, landing pages, social posts and content creation.

Our fast-paced, team environment necessitates a high degree of attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. As this role is greatly dependent on the skills of the individual, the responsibilities may include any/all the following:
Responsibilities:
Design and deployment of ongoing outbound marketing efforts including:
o Utilizing our Marketing Automation system (Act-On) to design and distribute modern and engaging emails and landing pages.
o creating and/or posting weekly blog articles
o Update website quarterly with fresh content created by advisors
o Creating and strategizing social media posts across multiple platforms
Lead Generation
o Identify target prospects for sales team to follow up on
o Import lead and contact data into our Salesforce database on a regular basis
o Utilize data enrichment tools to maintain database integrity
Brand Management
o Maintain organization of all brand materials
o Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
Inbound Marketing Strategy
o Experience utilizing Google Analytics/Google Ads/Google Search Console
o Implement social/google ad strategy to identify prospects who are qualified and interested in meeting with an advisor or learning more about a specific area we serve.
o Improve website SEO through keyword research and refinement of website copy to play to those keywords
o Help implement a video strategy for website, advisor introductions, and other communications for advisors to create a personalized touch.
Sales Enablement
o Creating/Updating/redesigning sales and marketing materials
- Slide decks, flyers, infographics, brochures, sales follow-up emails
o Collaborating with sales to generate new content around our services and industry
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing (additional experience in finance is preferred)
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
· Proficient with any of the following software (or similar):
- Salesforce, Act-On, Google Analytics/Ads, Hootsuite or other social posting platforms, Adobe Express, Canva, ChatGPT, Vimeo
· A desire to learn and develop skills in a role with long-term growth potential
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Capable of utilizing critical thinking to solve complex problems
· Adept at prioritizing multiple responsibilities
· Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

· Salary dependent on experience and qualifications (starting at $50,000-$60,000 annually)
