Job Description: Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LGBTQ & Trauma-Focused)
Position Type: Part-Time
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid available)
Schedule: Mondays & Tuesdays, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals within the LGBTQ and other marginalized communities and those recovering from trauma.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy sessions for clients, focusing on trauma-informed care
- Specialize in supporting clients within the LGBTQ community or those who are allies
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) to treat trauma-related conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of sessions
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as needed
- Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming therapeutic space for all clients
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid state licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience working with trauma survivors, particularly within the LGBTQ community
- A passion for providing culturally competent care in an inclusive environment
- Availability for Mondays & Tuesdays, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Strong communication and clinical skills
