Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management and Coordination: Oversee scheduling and staffing for clinical and administrative areas, supervise staff performance, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training, and ensure proper staff coverage and management.
- Operational Support: Help maintain daily operations, assist with financial and administrative tasks like budgeting, purchasing, and maintaining inventory, and ensure the accuracy of billing and coding.
- Customer Service: Address patient concerns, ensure excellent patient experience, and collaborate with the Practice Manager to resolve issues, marketing, and advertisements.
- Information Systems Management: Assist with changes to the physician office’s information systems, appointment scheduling templates, and technology implementation.

Education and Experience:
- Requires a degree in nursing (Associate or Bachelor's) and at least three years of relevant healthcare experience.
- Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting, as well as familiarity with coding systems (e.g., ICD-9-CM, CPT-4, HCPCS).
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana is required.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of medical office procedures, third-party reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance), and medical terminology.
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry, spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic health records (EHR).
