Requirements
- CURRENT DENTAL HYGIENIST LICENSE IN KENTUCKY AND AN ASSOCIATE'S OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN DENTAL HYGIENE (WHERE REQUIRED)
- EXCELLENT WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF DENTISTRY, DENTAL HYGIENE PROCEDURES, DENTAL PATIENT SCREENING AND MEDICAL HISTORY DOCUMENTATION
- CPR CERTIFICATION
