Beacon Hill is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an exciting and engaging role! Our client, a growing organization in the Portland area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist temporary-to-hire basis. If you have 2 years of experience in full cycle Accounts Payable and seeking a fantastic opportunity, look no further!

Responsibilities :

Key inventory-related invoices and indirect non-inventory invoices

Supervise the vendor mailbox and vendor requests

Troubleshoot any vendor-related issues

Review vendor-issues credits and resolve as needed

Research and reconcile vendor statements

Problem-solving skills Strong organizational abilities

Experience in manufacturing is highly preferred
