Job Description
At Beacon Hill Hospitality, we look for people who want to help others not because it's their job, but because
it's their nature. At this healthcare facility, the Customer Service Clerk (CSC) is responsible for providing kind and empathetic service
to all patients and visitors -- greeting with a warm welcome, assisting with the management of day to day cash
from parking services, and ensuring all the cash is accounted for and kept safe.
Beacon Hill Hospitality Cashiers are true customer service professionals who inherently love to help others and
are happy to eliminate any anxiety that can come with a hospital visit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Manage and regulates day to day cash flow
- Greeting customers and resolving customer complaints
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Balancing cash register and ensuring all money is accounted
- Checking stock and refilling when needed
- Find moments to go above and beyond by anticipating patient and visitor's needs
- Assist with wayfinding and ensure work environment is clean, safe, and uncluttered
- Provide technical support to the valet function by parking and retrieving cars, filling in during call outs, manning the podium, and more.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities (including but not limited to):
- Must be bilingual with Spanish & English
- Must have active Drivers License
- Possesses exceptional customer service skills
- Maintains a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor when working with other employees, patients
and visitors - Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively both verbally and on paper
