Our client, in the consulting space, is looking to add a Sr. Social Media Manager to the team. This is a 3 month contract role with the potential to extend and would be remote working EST hours.
About the role
We're seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to help evolve our client's global social media strategy. This role requires expertise in social media, data-driven content planning, digital storytelling, and strong stakeholder management skills. In this position, you'll need to balance creative innovation with analytical rigor. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a mentor to the social media team, you'll ensure our client remains at the forefront of digital engagement.
You'll drive a data-led content strategy, collaborate with stakeholders to align organic content with paid opportunities, secure buy-in, and lead forward-thinking planning. You'll challenge norms and identify impactful opportunities to elevate marketing through social media. You'll also guide senior leaders in social selling, influencer strategies, and social recruitment. With strong data analytics skills, you'll transform insights into action, ensuring our listening and monitoring tools provide valuable insights for planning, adaptation, and measuring success. You'll refine processes, improve efficiencies, and lead with impact, coaching team members, fostering creativity, and promoting cross-functional collaboration. A proven social media specialist, you'll set the tone for success.
Key responsibilities :
- Drive the implementation of a data-driven global social media strategy
- Lead improvements in content planning, creativity, and measurement
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of our social media efforts
- Oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand content for our client's global social media accounts, ensuring alignment with our brand guide and messaging
- Serve as a strategic partner for our Talent teams, guiding their paid media spend and campaign planning, and reporting the success of this approach to the Global Talent Marketing CoE on a quarterly basis
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering guidance on social media best practices and innovation
