BILLING COORDINATOR
- Setup and maintain current customer records in the correct entity
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely in accordance with the contract (billing entity, terms, currency, tax, etc.)
- Set-up and maintain Commissions Management System in accordance with firm policies
- Assist with collections and maintain up to date collections activity notes while ensuring accuracy and escalating when necessary
- Interact with contract administrators, partners and clients as needed
- Monitor, research and respond promptly to information requests and disputes from clients related to A / R, billing reconciliations, balances, and applications of cash
- Monitor and recommend bad debt write-offs / sales allowance
- Assist in Month-end close, including revenue cut-off
