Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a skilled and collaborative Events Marketing Specialist to help drive the success of events as a key pillar of their marketing strategy. This role will focus on organizing and executing both in-person and digital events, sponsorships, and key partnerships across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the planning and execution of events, including conferences, roadshows, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to develop event agendas, marketing materials, and manage logistics.
- Manage event registration, communications, and post-event activities including feedback and data tracking.
- Collaborate with senior executives, vendors, and sales teams to ensure event success.
- Track KPIs and ensure event execution aligns with organizational business goals.
- Coordinate virtual events using platforms like On24 and Zoom, and handle event content in collaboration with compliance teams.
