Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant

Beacon Hill Associates is currently looking for an energetic Executive / Personal Assistant to provide support to a successful entrepreneur. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and must be able to anticipate and oversee day to day requests with confidentiality. This person will be required to work a hybrid schedule in Batavia.

Responsibilities :

• Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Handle a variety of personal responsibilities, including but not limited to personal errands, scheduling personal appointments, managing complex calendar, booking travel arrangements (both executive and person), answering calls, and serving as primary contact for CEO.
• Monthly reconciling of bank statements and credit card statements
• Produce written and verbal correspondence, including e-mail, formal letters, and phone calls
