An excellent client of ours and real estate company located in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team!
Qualifications
- B.S in Finance or Accounting highly preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets for property operations, including maintenance, utilities, and capital expenditures.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing detailed financial reports on property performance, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Variance Analysis: Analyzing variances between actual and budgeted financial results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
