Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to manage a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, performance management, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with both employees and management to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring, and lead new employee orientation.
- Performance Management : Support performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching.
- Compensation & Benefits : Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll and compensation inquiries.
- Compliance & Policies : Ensure adherence to labor laws and help develop / uphold HR policies.
- Training & Development : Organize training programs and professional development opportunities.
- HR Reporting : Maintain records and generate reports on key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
