Temporary Receptionist

Apartment complex located in Astoria is seeking to hire a Temporary Receptionist. This position will start ASAP, require 5 days on site. This will be a 6-7-month assignment with potential to extend. Hours 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.

Responsibilities :

• Answering a high-volume of calls
• Greeting building visitors and tenants
• Taking complaints and effectively communicating them to the appropriate person
• High volume of emails
• Helping with rent payments and scanning bills to accounting
• Taking in and sorting mail
