This is a remote opportunity (Central / East Coast ideal) to work a fantastic team!Responsibilities : Assist the Biomarker Operations Manager in sample reconciliation, sample tracking and sample requests to lab vendors including overseeing sample shipments between vendors and sites, managing sample request trackers, and filing final shipment manifestsAssist in managing study timelines, including documentation and communicationManage and update Biomarker Management Plan with sample collection informationParticipate in study team meetings with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are understood and metAbility to contribute feedback and review SOP development, Protocol Review, Lab Manuals, SOW\'s, and other study specific documents that require functional review as a peer reviewAssist in the development of a sample tracking tool with cross-functional team membersDevelop tools and processes that optimize project effectivenessRequirements : Preferred knowledge of full cycle clinical studyPreferred knowledge of ICH, GCP and GLP guidelinesProficient with Microsoft Excel and Google DrivePreferred experience in managing work of external vendorsDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptableDemonstrated ability to problem solve and think criticallyAbility to work independentlyAbility to communicate in a clear and concise mannerAbility to execute multiple tasks as assignedAbility to be a team player and work alongside cross-functional teamsEducation : BA / BS with 1 year relevant experience in either clinical operations, bio-sample specimen, or other scientific related fieldsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
