Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced IT professionals to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade project. This role involves replacing approximately 60 legacy devices, upgrading over 400 desktops and laptops in place, and providing post-upgrade end-user support. Candidates must have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the flexibility to work schedules that minimize business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy Windows 11 upgrades across approximately 425 non-legacy devices via Intune.


• Replace around 60 legacy computers and prepare them for deployment.


• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.


• Re-image devices as necessary.


• Apply best practices for Windows 11 configurations, registry changes, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).


• Collaborate with the team to document and follow established bank policies and procedures.


• Conduct testing and validation to ensure smooth implementation.


• Offer short-term guidance and technical oversight during the project's early phases.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in hardware/software support.


• Intune expertise for rolling out updates.


• Working knowledge of Windows 11 configurations and best practices.


• Experience with SCCM for imaging and software deployment.


• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support end users.


• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal disruption to users.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise deployments.


• Familiarity with banking IT environments and compliance requirements.
