Our client, a biotechnology company located in Cambridge, is seeking a People Operations Assistant. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and can compensate up to $34 / hr. depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working in an administrative role and demonstrate an outgoing personality. Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules (virtual, internal, external), including travel and lunch arrangements when necessary.
- Onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires, including orientations and paperwork completion.
- Assist in company communications by maintaining internal digital displays, emails, and HR mailbox management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR-driven events, including recognition programs, wellness events, and culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Generalist to enhance employee experience, culture, and satisfaction through various programs and activities.
