The Procurement Systems Coordinator will provide critical support to our client's supply chain and administrative functions, focusing on procurement analytics and data management. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier scorecards and ensure accurate performance tracking.
- Assist with ERP data updates, supplier setups, and procurement documentation.
- Support SAP plant implementation and maintain procurement records.
- Run ad hoc reports on spending, volume, and other key metrics.
- Track inbound cream deliveries and update supply chain issue logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent data management abilities.
