Our client, a higher-education institute in Boston, is seeking a temporary Part Time Ticket Office Assistant. This role is approximately 21-28 hours per week, lasting through August 2025, based in Cambridge, and paying up to $23.50. In this role, you will be performing in-person sales, ticket order pick-ups, customer inquiries, and visitor inquiries. Processes online orders, conducts and oversees inventory and ticket office audits, processes credit card transactions. A High-level customer service, accurate attention to detail, proficiency with ticket inventory system, Excel, Cybersource / Stripe, Microsoft Office Suite is required.
