Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team. Starting on January 6, 2024 , this 12-month position (with potential for extension) offers a schedule of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM and a pay rate of $32 / hour . This role involves supporting multiple recruiters, collaborating with two other recruiting coordinators, and handling various administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews, including full-day itineraries, and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Manage candidate feedback and other recruiting documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for candidates.
- Assist recruiters with preparing offer proposals and letters.
- Post job openings, maintain candidate records in Workday, and support the recruitment team.
