As a recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles to support our expanding business. This is a remote, contract-based position ideal for someone with experience in full-cycle recruiting.Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksReview resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates for fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport onboarding and offer negotiations as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsRequirements : Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a remote, contract, or agency environmentStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniquesAbility to build rapport with candidates and hiring managersFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR softwareExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneouslyFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needsExperience recruiting for a variety of roles (tech, sales, admin, etc.) is a plusPreferred Skills : Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsAbility to conduct interviews via video conferencing platformsBackground in high-volume recruitmentPrevious experience working with global teamsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
