Our client, a hospital in Boston is seeking a Research Administrator that supports a lab focused on immune response research. The position involves coordinating lab operations, managing grants and budgets, organizing meetings, arranging travel, and overseeing compliance with research protocols. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, purchasing supplies, facilitating grant applications, and onboarding lab personnel. The role requires a bachelor's degree with a scientific or administrative background, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and grant management systems. Experience with NIH funding and PeopleSoft is preferred. Initially, the position is fully onsite, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after training, with a pay rate of $30 / hr.
