This job was posted by : For more information, please see : Summary : We are seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to oversee project profitability, cash flow, and billing terms for projects within the installation or energy solutions industry. This role is critical in driving secured margins, managing risk, and ensuring efficient project execution.Key Responsibilities : Manage labor and subcontractor estimates to achieve project profitability and secured margins.Finalize and negotiate the Schedule of Values (SOV) to define billing and payment terms.Ensure accurate and consistent use of tools such as Risk Logs, RFP tools, and Pipeline Suite for project tracking and reporting.Monitor project cash flow to align with beneficial contract terms.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success and business results.Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.10 years of experience in operations / project management, including 5 years in leadership roles.Experience in the installation or energy solutions industry preferred.Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and scheduling tools.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor teams.High-level project management and supply chain knowledge.Skills Needed : Advanced project management processesCross-functional team leadershipCash flow management and profitability analysisScheduling and reporting toolsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
