We are looking for an experienced Account Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding, growing, and managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and making daily outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and meeting their needs
- Conduct daily outbound calls to schedule appointments and generate leads
- Manage data entry into our CRM database and prioritize your inbox
- Collaborate with management daily and prepare quotes for respective territories
- Develop personalized emails to prospects and customers to generate leads and revenue
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year of outbound calls/sales experience
- Proven sales, account management, and customer service skills
- Ability to make daily outbound dials and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
