**Overview of Responsibilities**
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the property management team and overseeing the daily operations of the office.
This includes managing the front desk, serving as a liaison for vendors and clients, and overseeing projects for the property management team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in finance or real estate and at least 3 years of office management experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and directing all guests, managing outgoing mail and packages, placing and receiving online deliveries, and working with building staff for repairs and maintenance as needed.
You will also facilitate onboarding of new colleagues, organize and support management of the firm, and handle additional responsibilities such as organizing company events and maintaining a positive work environment.
