AP & AR Accountant

Our client, a signage and printing company, is seeking an AP & AR Accountant to join their team! This position will start onsite for training purposes in Winchester, MA and then will move to a hybrid working schedule once up and running. The ideal candidate will have experiencing working with QuickBooks Enterprise and has a blend of AR & AP experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

* Invoice clients using QuickBooks Enterprise
* Apply payments in QuickBooks Enterprise
* Assist with collections efforts
* Assist with processing expenses
* Assist with processing vendor payments
* Adhoc Projects
