Banking / Finance Attorney (remfinatty) Atlanta, Georgia Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Banking / Finance Attorney for a part-time, fully remote role with our client. This role is anticipated to last / - 6 months with the possibility of extension. Candidates may expect to work between 10-20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a banking / finance attorney. Essential duties include : Drafting, reviewing, and revising practical guidance articles on a wide range of banking & finance topics.Significant substantive experience representing agent banks, arrangers, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions.Working with sponsors and corporate borrowers on a variety of financing transactions.Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, and related documentation.Reviewing and supplementing existing documents with guidance based on case law, statutes, regulations, custom, and personal experience in practice.For immediate consideration, please submit your resume in Word document format.
