BioChem Patent Associate Attorney or Patent Agent

Beacon Hill is working with an AmLaw firm seeking a patent prosecution associate attorney or patent agent with a PhD in biochem or related and at least five (5) years of on-point patent prosecution experience to sit in their Charlotte, NC office. Qualified candidates will have a PhD and experience with drafting and prosecuting patent applications, handling office actions, freedom to operate, due diligence, etc. in the pharmaceutical, biochemical, etc. arts. Experience with small molecule compounds is a plus.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance may be provided.
