What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Advocate Analyst position at Beacon Hill?
Technical:
- Excel experience - The candidates will have an excel test for completion upon interview selection v look ups, pivot tables, intermediate to advanced level of excel knowledge
Soft:
- Strong communication and ability to work within a team environment
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, marketing, finance, statistics or related field
- 2-3 years e-commerce/digital/Retail Merchandising, Digital Marketing or Vendor Management
- Experience in vendor management systems, digital marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising
- Proven experience with major consumer brands and how to support/ differentiate them in the digital space
Plus:
- Retail Experience
Day to Day:
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities to improve the online experience and drive conversion
- Leverage inputs from CSAT, reviews and Q&A to continuously improve the overall customer experience for assigned brand(s)
- Provide accurate reporting and insights across the digital channel related to content, product information, assortment and competitive gaps/opportunities
- Effectively improve conversion and basket by leveraging data to optimize cross-sell, up-sell and bundling strategies
- Create project plans and align with merchandising and supplier to drive execution
- Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance Lowe's brands, products, and services
- Analyze digital data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Monitor digital performance and recommend changes to optimize results
- Lead the development of creative solutions to address challenges
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
- Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns
- Generate reports to track digital performance
