Facilities Manager - Capital Projects
Location : Remote (Central or Eastern Time Zone Preferred)
Duration : ~12 months (with possible extensions)
Hours : Vary week to week

Job Overview :
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee upcoming capital projects and office build-outs over the next ~12 months. This role requires someone with experience managing multiple projects across multiple locations simultaneously, particularly in facilities, property management, or construction.
Key Responsibilities :
5 Years of experience in the following :
- Manage and oversee capital projects and office build-outs from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects stay on track.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources for multiple projects at different locations.
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Travel as needed (up to 5 trips) to project sites for inspections or coordination.
