Client Services Writer 1 - Hybrid / Boston, MA
Overview:
We are assisting our client, an investment management company, in their search for a detail-oriented writer with experience in RFPs and client reporting within the investment industry. This role involves drafting, editing, and managing questionnaires, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in responses.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and proofread various client questionnaires
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate content
- Manage and update firm/product information in internal systems
- Utilize Excel-based tools to generate reports and data
- Support ad hoc writing and reporting projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of RFP/writing experience in investments preferred
- MBA or CFA preferred but not required
- Experience with Qvidian is a plus
