We are seeking a dedicated B2B Collector for a opportunity with a hybrid schedule after the initial temporary period. This role requires solid corporate collections experience-strictly focused on collections. The ideal candidate is highly customer service-oriented and skilled in maintaining strong client relationships while resolving billing issues and identifying reasons for unpaid invoices. This position is relationship-driven and requires strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Excel is needed for managing aging reports, including basic formulas, filtering, and formatting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B accounts with a strong focus on customer relationships.
Conduct proactive outreach to resolve outstanding payments while preserving positive customer relationships.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues delaying payments.
Run and manage aging reports using Excel
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and payment issues efficiently.
Document collection activities and payment arrangements accurately.
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate B2B collections
Excellent customer service skills with a relationship-driven approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to resolve payment issues.
Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas, filtering, and formatting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
