Associates typically come from an AmLaw or large litigation boutique working on sophisticated matters and are looking to work in a smaller team with a great work/life balance. Attorneys here average 1850 billable, get great research and brief writing experience, and have competitive compensation in a chiller Midwest boutique.
Qualified attorneys will have minimum of one year of experience in a clerkship or sophisticated private practice, have good grades in law school, and excellent writing skills.
