National Accounts Project Coordinator
A key role for a Construction company in southwest Charlotte, supporting large-scale clients. Contract to hire opportunity with regular business hours and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
Assist the National Account Department in project coordination efforts by providing proposals, project-related documents, installer & schedule coordination.
Successful candidates will identify project leads, prepare comprehensive action plans including resources, time frames, and requirements for projects.
Closely work with project managers to perform tasks such as estimating, bidding, identifying needs, and providing proper documentation and literature, guiding all project participants.
Track projects through planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing on a daily basis.
Essential Duties:
- Work closely with project managers to identify and plan facilities projects
- Estimate facilities projects
- Send out labor bids to installers
- Organize and distribute relevant project documents to customers, end-users, and installers as needed
- Track projects from planning through closeout, gathering necessary documents to complete job packs
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Evaluate client needs as projects evolve
- Oversee project document management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance best practices developed and maintained throughout the brand
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish all tasks
- Apply lessons learned to provide basic project management
Qualifications, Education, Knowledge & Experience:
A proven track record as a project coordinator or similar role is required. Candidates must have experience in construction or manufacturing, be self-motivated, and possess strong scheduling and prioritization skills.
