The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work on a high-volume of positions, identifying and passing along top talent for each role. In addition, strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as previous financial services sourcing experience will allow someone to excel in this role. - Bachelors' Degree, required.
- Advanced working proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- An excellent ability to identify top talent across various position types.
- Previous financial services experience, preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $45-$50/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
