Our client, a non-profit organization, is actively seeking a contract to hire Leave Administrator to join their team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional who can confidently manage leave administration processes and jump right in.
About You :
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role
- 3 years of experience in leave administration, benefits or human resources
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, OSHA, COBRA, and Workers' Compensation laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, proficency in ADP preferred
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
The Job :
This contract to hire opportunity will work on a hybrid schedule following training of three days in the Philadelphia office and two days from home.
