Corporate Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Paralegal to join a leading full-service law firm in downtown Chicago. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office and remote work, providing an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a supportive environment focused on work-life balance and long-term growth. Salary starting at $85K DOE.

• Prepare, maintain, and file corporate documents, including resolutions, board changes, and annual reports.
• Draft, file, and manage business entity documents such as articles of incorporation, dissolution, and stock certificates.
• Support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and entity formations/dissolutions.
• Coordinate due diligence for corporate and M&A transactions.
• Assist with standard corporate agreements such as NDAs, bills of sale, and closing documents.
• Handle annual reports, audit letter requests, and special projects as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
