Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative / Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support in a manufacturing or industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have experience providing inside sales support or customer service in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes for customers
- Arrange freight carriers
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Approve vendor invoices for payments
- Submit shipment notifications to warehouse
- Perform order entry for sales
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience providing inside sales support or customer service in a manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- BASIC MATH SKILLS
- Experience with SAGE software a plus
