Role: Data Reporting Associate
Team: Sales/Marketing
Location: Hybrid, WDSM, T-W-Th in office, M & F remote
Type: 6-month contract with option to extend or convert full time
Pay Rate: $27-$30/hr W2

As a Sales Data Reporting Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing, compiling, and implementing data reports related to distribution and sales activities. This role will work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to provide insights that support business initiatives and performance tracking. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making.

Summary:

• Will review sales data and look for trends and create reports and PowerPoint presentations for the AVP to present to the Board.
• Insurance/Annuity industry experience highly preferred
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Some SQL experience required
• PowerBI would be a bonus
• Driven to succeed and wants to learn
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and ad hoc sales and distribution reports to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze sales production data across various communication channels, including email, agent websites, and mobile apps.
• Compile and track sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with the data warehouse team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and forecasting.
• Generate user-friendly reports that provide clear insights into sales production and distribution activity.
• Support the Sales and Marketing team with additional reporting needs as required.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by working collaboratively and upholding company values.
  

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science) preferred.
